Elected at the PSI Alliance General Assembly, 12th June 2008

1. PSI Alliance Chair Rolf Nordqvist, Bisnode

Rolf Nordqvist works at Bisnode Venture & Development and is responsible for PSI-matters within the Bisnode Group.  Bisnode is one of Europe’s leading providers of digital business information and is located in 19 European countries. 

Nordqvist has been responsible for building the Swedish National Company Register and as a business area manager managed the development of the Swedish online service InfoTorg. He has also been active as general manager for companies in the direct marketing field and inquiry services. 

Nordqvist holds a Master of Political Sciences degree from the University of Stockholm.

2. PSI Alliance Vice-chair Nikolaus Futter, Compass Verlag

Nikolaus Futter is the Managing Director of Compass-Verlag Gruppe, Vienna Austria, one of the leading information providers in Austria mainly in the field of business information.

Futter is also President of EADP - European Association of Directory and Database Publishers, and Board Member of ISPA, the Internet Service Providers Austria association, where he is Head of the special group on Information economy and e-Government.

As a national expert, Futter contributed to the Austrian Ministry of Economy and Labour (BMWA) report on "e-business in a new economy" in January 2001. He was also involved in drafting the Austrian position on the PSI Directive in 2002/03.

3. PSI Alliance Vice-chair Michael Nicholson, Intelligent Addressing and the Locus Association

Michael JL Nicholson  BSc(Hons)  FRICS is an information management specialist and Entrepreneur.  He is founder of Property Intelligence PLC, the largest online commercial property information service in the United Kingdom (sold in 2003 to the Costar Corporation), and of Intelligent Addressing Limited, the company managing what is perhaps the biggest local government integrated address data project in Europe where he is CEO. Nicholson is also Chair of the Locus Association in the UK.

4. Luigi Perissich, Confindustria Servizi Innovativi e Tecnologici

Luigi Perissich is the General Director of Confindustria Servizi Innovativi e Tecnologici, which was founded in November 2006 as a result of the merge of FITA (The Federation of Italian Advanced Services industries, member of Confindustria) and Federcomin. The Federation (member of Confindustria, the Confederation of Italian Industry) represents 17.000 companies in sectors ranging from satellite applications, digital contents and media, to information technology and telecommunications.

Perissich holds a Master in Business Administration and Management from New York University.

5. Petteri Huvio, Diges

Petteri Huvio works as a Senior Advisor at Diges Association. Diges Association provides advisory services to Finnish companies in the creative industry in the development of their businesses. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical engineering.

6. John Gray, Psiphon

John Gray is the Founding Director of UK property Information company Richards Gray, a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts (RSA) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) who currently divides his interests between a mix of executive and non-executive Board appointments with companies that engage in an active interface with Public Sector Information in the UK.

Gray currently sits on the Advisory Panel for Public Sector Information (APPSI) and has also participated in and contributed heavily to a wide range of governmental Working Groups tasked with making land & property information accessible within the UK markets.

7. Christian Lister, X-press Legal Services

Christian co-founded X-Press Legal Services in 1998 and co-founded X-Press Legal Services Franchising in 2005, recognised as the fastest growing white collar franchise in 2006 and Coutts Bank Regional Family Business of the Year Finalists 2007.

Christian is an Executive Board Member for the Council of Property Search Organisations, Operations Director of The Institute of Personal Search Agents, a founding member of the PSI Alliance and a Director of Genesis.

Christian was entered into Who's Who Business Elite in 2008.

8. Denis Berthault, LexisNexis

Denis Berthault has been the online developement Director at LexisNexis France (Reed-Elsevier Group) since 2000, where he is In charge of the French legal site of LexisNexis with 5,000 subscribers. Berthault coordinates the team in charge of web 2.0/3.0 evolutions and the adaptation to new customer needs. He is also Head of Publisher Relations in France, managing the acquisition of external content : newspapers,
legal content, company information and public records.

9. Steve Davies, the Independent Personal Search Agents (IPSA)

Steve Davies is the Director and Chief Executive of IPSA, which was launched in 2005. IPSA is a non-profit-making representative body and support group for those individuals and organisations who compile and retail personal property searches on a commercial basis. With over 180 registered firms IPSA is the leading UK trade association for personal search agents; membership includes some of the largest search agencies in the country as well as many independent companies and sole traders.

Davies is also the Director of the Local Authority Search Network Ltd, founded in 1996 as Property Search. The Search Network is conducting searches Nationwide for many law firm clients and search company clients.
